Having something like a hangover...Help

whats wrong with my head...?
I am feeling really wierd for the last 12 to 15 hours... the head is heavy, awareness of surrounding is greatly reduced.
I went to work but wasn't focused at all. I would say i had a hangover but i havent had a beer in a week.

Age: 20, Male
Smoker (3 yrs) reduced recently, Not an alcoholic.
Serious anxiety issues i think, not confirmed by a shrink.

I need a psychiatrist not a GP, belive me i have all kinds of issues that never get solved but I dont think, am ready to talk to a shrink..

I guess i forgot that i ever got on this forum....I have (i dont know what i have), but once in a while i just go "rolling my eyes"....

is it a pressure in both sides of your head? right above the ears? feeling weak? just not you. Like you cant concentrate no matter how hard you try?

i feel like that at least once a month its anxiety..........i thought i would be hung over  but didnt even drink

hiya roms,
i really wouldnt worry,
it sounds like anxiety as i to suffer from it and have done since i was 15 on and off..
the funny feeling in your head is nothing that a long soak and an early night wont sort out,but worrying will only make it worse.
but if your that worried,then do visit your doctor

please let me no how you get on :)

You need to see your GP to determine if this is more than anxiety and go from there.
