Head Injury

About 6 1/2 months ago I was experiencing anxious thoughts and it caused me to put a lot of pressure on left temple using the downward force of my jaw...i know that this sounds crazy but after I released the pressure by relaxing my jaw I felt a sharp pain on the top of my head eventhough I was putting all the pressure on my temple...a few days later I closed only my left eye and felt a snapping or popping sensation above my left eye in the temple area(I both heard and felt this snap). Then everyday after that I felt that same sharp pain in the same spot in my head for about 4 months after that night when I put the pressure on my temple and felt the sharp pain on top of my head...since I had other symptoms that would be indicative of either extreme anxiety or nerve damage...the sharp pain eventually started to occur less frequently after 4 months and started to turn into a dull achy pressure type pain that seemed to cover a larger area of the top of my head as opposed to the sharp burning pain that started with the injury...Ive had mri w contrast and ct scan done..both were normal aside from small cyst in frontal region of brain on mri...neuro said that this cyst is not causing my symptoms and they also said it was fairly small....anyways Ive noticed a progression of symptoms after the sharp pain like 2 months after I my temple/top of head started to get very numb and tight and entire body was experiencing tingling numbness and constant hot flashes...then as the hot flashes subsided I started to get dizzy/offbalance and random pains throughout my body with more prominent numbess in my arms and feet...my elbow tendons are also tight and can feel them twitch....then my whole body started to twitch altogether especially at night its terrible I cant fall asleep because different parts of my body jolt from ear to neck to legs stomach arms...this didnt start until about 5 months after the injury....a few days ago i was practicing raising my forehead because months ago it caused intense twitching when I did this but my face has losened up a little bit but after raising the forehead multiple times the other day the far corner of my left eye swelled up and i can feel the dull pain on the top of my head that was once a sharp burning pain for many months.....radiates down from my head down the left side of my face down to my throat...pain also radiates down back of head as well.....i feel this has gotten worse since I raised my forehead multiple times a week ago...so why real question is what types of injuries go from a sharp itching burning pain to a dull achy pressure type pain on the top of the head. could I have damaged nerves or did I injure some muscle/skin fibers of the top of my head...I am having an eeg done soon....have had bloodwork done as well....as of today I am experiencing multiple jerks while trying to fall asleep..infrequent dull achy pressure pain on top of head at site of initial injury, feeling like im in a fog/dizzy/off balance and inability to focus, some burning sensations throughout body mainly hands and feet...and of course tightness in upper left temple that is occasionally numb and twiches...swelling in the eye has gone down a bit in the last few days...any input as to what type of injury has pain that starts as sharp/burning for 4  months then changes to infrequent pressure dull achy pain would be greatly appreciated! Thank You!

Get a 2nd Opinion.. and a cyst.. is abnormal period.. how do they know that your symtoms arnt related... deff a second opinion and bring your scans from your previous Dr. to the next dr,.A lot can happen in 2 months!! Also.. if your having depression or anxiety.. your body reacts differently... :( good luck!
