Head in fast forward motion

Head in fast forward motion

Hi there,
For years I've had this weird head sensation that I have tried to find information about but it seems that no one else has experienced it. My head goes into a fast forward mode, where something is playing at normal speed but it processes through my head at a faster pace. It comes and goes but i have been experiencing it more in the last year or two. Was just wondering whether anyone else has experienced the same thing, and if so, do you know what it is. I am afraid to go to the doctor as they may think I am crazy or something. :)

I had a similar experience when I was kindergarten age.  I remember it because it was so weird and because it coincided with a bad stutter I had.  I could hardly talk, I stuttered so bad.  It was like my brain was moving too fast and my mouth couldn't keep up.  It went away by itself and I have not had a problem since.

Unless this is affecting your life in a negative way, just observe this phenomenon when it happens.  You might have some kind of gift developing that you don't quite understand yet.  Just relax with it and observe.  Sooner or later you will come across something that will help you to understand.  It could be the beginning of a psychic gift or it may be something physical.  Time will tell.  Ask your doctor anyway. If he has never heard of such a thing, don't worry about it. If he is not worried then you don't worry.  Just don't let them pump you with drugs if they don't even know what they are dealing with. Start exploring some paranormal, psychic, or gifted sites and see if they have heard of such a thing.  Maybe not.  Maybe you will end up back looking for a physical solution.  Just keep an open mind and see where it takes you.  If it is not causing you physical pain or discomfort, don't freak out over it.  I know a lot of people with some very special talents that are not mainstream. Sometimes there is no medical explanation.  Sometimes there is and you have to dig a little deeper.
