I have been obsessing over my neck for about a month now. The sternomacloid muscle on my right seems to be bigger than the left. It doesn't hurt much but it looks bigger. I'm not sure if it's been this way and I haven't noticed till now or what. I got my wisdom teeth removed two weeks ago and prior to that my jaw muscle on the right seems to be bigger and still is but my tooth was impacted and sideways so that might be why. Anyways since I took them out my neck still looks bigger on the right and I'm not sure if touching it so much had caused me to have my vein on that side sore and showing a bit. Idk what to do but I just hope it's nothing to worry about. My jaw randomly hurts and my ear on the right bow but it might be from the post wisdom teeth surgery. I have severe health anxiety so this isn't helping me now. It's all I can think about. The muscle is not severely swollen to the point where it shows too much but I can see it on myself. I don't feel any unusual bumps but I also don't know if maybe there's swollen lymph nodes inside that I can't feel and that is what is scaring me. I have no other symptoms of anything but I have lost a lot of weight in he past couple months but that's due to a diet change and stress. Been trying to eat more now but gaining weight back has been impossible.
