Heart after drinking

Last friday i went out with some friends and had a few to many drinks, i had a hard time sleeping that night and when i woke up in the morning my heart was beating super fast and i felt really dizzy and disoriented. I thought maybe i was still drunk and thats why i was feeling that way so i ate something and tryed to rehydrate myself but i continued to feel the same all day. I was wondering if this is a sypmtom of my anxiety (i suffer from severe panic attacks) or if maybe there is someting wrong with my heart... Does anybody else ever feel this way after a night of drinking?

Its dehydration

Common symptom is chest pains, and fast heart beat, which in return will make you dizzy....it takes more then juts a couple glasses of water to stop it, once your to that point, and takes longer then a few hours too.
It probably set in, then your anxiety just made it worse

Yep,  I'm the same too.  Just stay away from alcohol it only makes it worse, sometime worse than ever.  Plus if your on med's it won't help them do their job either.

Absolutely, the day after drinking is the worst, best you can do is stay away from it or know your limit, I know I can have a couple of beers and not have it affect me the next day, but when I drink too much, I am a mess!
