Heart pain

Does any one feel their heart hurting? Like actual pain in the heart? I get so scared I'm having a heart attack. it's the same as chest pain just that on my heart.

I get that...I also feel like my heart is flipping and....sometimes i feel like someone is sitting on my chest....but not all these symptoms at once...i had my heart checked (i had a stress test of my heart) and an ultrasound and it was all fine but i still get the sensations...i thought knowing it was fine would make it stop but it didn't.....

Yes ...has happened to me, infact just 2 nights a ago!  Scary, because I actually thought it was my heart!  I have had alot of tests done, and an EKG...my heart is fine.....in the end of it all....strictly anxiety!  So I try not to worry and if I feel it again, I just need to find something at that moment and not think about it.

Thank you guys soooo much! I get so sacred when this happens to me. I just wish this would all go away! Does anyone feel pressure in their ears??? I get this also.

I have had anxiety on and off for many many years.  I also get chest pains and heart flips or stops.  Very unpleasant.  Anxiety can do a number on you.  I try to calm myself down and take a deep breath because I know it is just anxiety.  I also sometimes take a drink of water.  This helps me.
