Heart rate

ok i have had to take meds for my heart before but not for the last two weeks,my doc said i could stop remeron so im kinda afraid of cold turkey so i took 1/4 pill last night my heart rate was up yesterday and now i just bakeed a cake a nice relxing think and my heart rate is 123.is this just anxiety i wonder from stopping the remeron i feel like my heart is going to explode and out of breath i have had workups done on my heart and cardolgist says other than the heart rate im ok im scared and cant get heartrate down
