Heaviness

Does anyone else ever feel like their body's made of lead? I just haven't felt like moving at all today! My head feels heavy too, especially when I move around.

Anyone else ever get anything similar?

oh i sure know that feeling. I hate it. mine is usually in my legs and it scares the **** out of me. I am glad to hear I am not the only one. At least we know we are not alone.

same here guys mainly in my head legs arms, dont feel like moving. and feel very tight in my joints and weak

yep i know that feeling. I feel it mostly in my head and my legs and even though im not tired it seems like my body is.

Yes - I have this right now.  I also had an upper cervical strain in June but I think it might be related to anxiety / depression, too -- as I'm been very emotional and down lately as my recovery has been slow.  Glad to know others are feeling the same thing, although -- it really is a pain.  I feel like I'm in slow motion and my body from the head down just feels heavy.

I've felt like this for the past week now. Its a scary feeling. And I feel way tired and weak. Plus my arm muscles are way tight. Hate this
