Help for Anxiety

Hi

I am living in fear of STI'S ever since a sexual exposure around 4 months ago. I've screened for all infections which thankfully came back negative as well as 5 HIV tests also negative. I can't seem to shake my fear and really am struggling to move forward. My time is filled with checking forums, websites and rare cases. What can I do to get rid of this fear? I'm undergoing therapy but haven't seen results as yet. My exposure wasn't even classified high risk, as it was protected with a lady who assured me of her neg status. I don't really have a reason to doubt her. Please, any help would be much appreciated.

Why exactly r u freaking out about. Have u been Sick r have u seen any sores r is your mind just running wild. You need to relax a bit before u really start to panic. I know how u feel my first time with out protection I went for a HIV test. I freaked out before I got back the results. I understand but u need to relax a bit. Get tested again the next three months and I'm sure youll be ok

I'm a little more relaxed to be honest. I've been told I'm conclusively negative as a combo of a duo at 4 weeks & antibody at 12 weeks is conclusive. I don't know why you're recommending another test? The window period isn't 6 months and hasn't been for a long time. I used protection also. Why did u say this?

I've made sure with a 3 month test. I appreciate your reply but your thinking is outdated. Most people test pos at 6-8 weeks. I want to move forward but your posts will frighten people.
