Help for someone special

by deb325, Aug 03, 2008 07:26PM
I do not know where to go anymore.  Has anyone ever known anyone or had trouble completing thoughts, sentences? I know someone very special who was "normal" before they went to Africa.  After taking Malarone & yellow fever medicine which is required to travel, this person cannot complete thoughts.  They say it has to do with PTSD and while in Africa they gave her more Malaria medicine. Right now he is on Lorazapam 1mg 2x day if needed. Have an appt. with neurologist. Sees a therapist for PTSD. They keep saying it's anxiety.  This person never showed anxiety before. Thank you.
