Help me please
I think I'm having a heart attack I'm only 18 and I keep getting this small pain in the middle of my chest I'm scared please help I don't want to die
I just seen my doctor and he's done a lot of blood work and I've had a heart monater on gefore

Have you had these symptoms before? When was the last time you had a full check up with a doctor? I would reach out to someone you trust and talk to them about what's going on.

Honey, it's probably a panic attack. Take some deep breaths and try to relax. If it doesn't get better or gets worse, trying calling to speak to a nurse at your local ER.
