Help please, need some feedback

Very briefly I have a feeling like water bubbling under my skin all over my body, like several small twitches of some strange nature...anyone ever experience anything like this...it is sometimes in my left abdmomon, my head above my ear, feet (left and right) calves, quads, but not even like a muscle twitching, more like an extremely fast pulsating or bubbling feeling...anyone please :)

Thank you so much for that post, and also I did see that post and read it over and over, did not post because there were so so so so many posts haha, yes lately I just have been pulsating all over...and its a new symptom so I try to stay cool, and I have gotten great at ignoring symptoms but its as if when I do, my brain finds something new to get at me with, but you are right, anxiety is quite tricky, I am in a constant battle with my mind, but I wake up everyday alive and well, I can run jump laugh, everything is fine except some where inside I have these awful feelings, but everyday is a battle and I am more than positive I will win...really thank you both, I also am only prescribed xanax .25 mg's and rarely ever take them, I will admit when I do it really removes the edge, but I sometimes even have a fear of taking them bc I am so worried about everything, for instance I got some shaving cream in my mouth the other night, removed it all, and spit for like an hour and called poison control, its ridiculous, as if I forgot that I am a human, an amazing creature not some weak infection prone being, but that is how I have been acting, I believe that fear of ingesting something is stemming from the initial panic attack occurring from thinking I ingested my fungi nail treatment which I was obsessing about weeks before this all occurred, mixed in with smoking weed a lot(which I clearly gave up) made for a terrible combination, that is causing the battle Im currently in, sorry for the novel, needed to vent, thank you again.

Hey, I just want to asure you that all of the symptoms you have are very common causes of anxiety! I have had a long (8 yr) history of anxiety, and had all kinds of terrifying symptoms that I thought were some kind of organic disease. This is because anxiety causes any possible nourological symptom, like real organic diseases do!
You are in a good community here, with many competent people you can rely on!!
The best palce I believe you could start is at the posting by nellynell called, "everyone check this out". Many people responded to their listing of symptoms caused by anxiety. This should show you how concerning causes REAL physical symptoms, of all possible kinds!! Really, check it out!
I am glad to talk more if you have any questions! Just send me a message.
Also, I tink cj29 is exactly right with the whole "hyper awareness". When we have a symptom, it gets our attention, and as we concern about it we make that symptom more severe.
Also, try natural supplements and try to eat well. Beacuse if you don't eat well you will feel like ****, which induces more anxiety.
But check out that posting!!
I hope you're feeling better

I don't know if you're on meds or not.  Antidepressants such as ssris can cause muscle cramping; a good magnesium citrate supplement can help.  It's what I've had to do since I've been on both tricyclics and ssris and it has worked, in the main.

Yes they have said this, but my symptoms are ever changing and needed to see if anyone has felt this way, I get weird spasms in my wrists, but I also have become obsessed with my wrists and always look at my viens...I also have spasms in my calves quads feet and head, its quite ridiculous, I am trying to stay calm but I have yet to hear of anyone with these symptoms :( and yes I am in counseling/see a phych...somedays he helps and others I feel like he doesn't but I am continuing none the less. also Pain in my left palm, is that familiar at all?

In my experience with anxiety, it can cause all sorts of symptoms.  In my opinion, we can also become 'hyper-aware' of anything going on in our bodies; what we probably didn't pay any attention to in the past becomes something catastrophically wrong with us in our minds.  I assume your doctor has told you he/she thinks that this is all anxiety; are you in counseling for this?
