Help. severe physical symptoms.

Hello. I am a 22 year old female who has suffered from anxiety for many years. I have tried different meds (an SSRI and an SNRI). I weened myself off of the SNRI about 8 months ago and experienced very intense withdrawal symptoms. I felt fine for a while but for a few weeks now my anxiety and panic attacks have been so severe. I am in constant worry and fear. I can barely breathe, I am nauseated, I have headaches and neck and shoulder pain. I feel as though my throat is closing up and I have felt panicked for more than 72 hours straight. Every single thought causes me extreme panic. I am considering checking myself into a hospital psych ward because my symptoms are so intense. Just needed to share my story. Thanks and please help.

You need a Benzo for panic and anxiety ATTACKS . they can be so bad you loose bodily function at weird times.   Benzos  are habit forming but work in 20 minutes save all the hospital dash,s    . I have took then for 40  years I cannot come off them now but I don't want to anyway .its the only thing us megga anxiety suffers have

Hi There
Anxiety and Panic attacks are so horrible,i myself have had a constant battle with it...
There will be times when you just want to hide away from Everybody and Everything and the Hurt you feel can be so terrible.
What you need to do in my opinion is go asap to see your Doctor and explain exactly how you feel...He/Her will hopefully guide you in the right direction.

Wishing You Well
