Help! I was recently diagnosed with a hyperactive thyroid.
Put on metaprolol which is to lower my hear rate.
I've been waking up sweating with nightmares and very hot and tingling arms.
Is this anxiety in my sleep?
What can I do about it? Apparently hyperactive thrypoid can give panic attacks.
Thansk for any tips.
Too scared to go to sleep tonight, but really tired today.
I do know how you feel, I was diagnosed with graves disease in 1996 and I still have anxiety and panic attacks. I hope and pray you get everything figured out because it's a long road but we just have to have faith and keep on going. Talk with your doctor and see what there opinion is. I wish you the very best.
