I had constant anxiety over a health issue everyday for the past 8 weeks.  The last week or so I have been feeling a lot better and more "normal" because I know that I was just having irrational fears.  Anyways it seems like I get these short headaches ever since I haven't been worried as much.  I'm no doctor but I think that this could be serotonin levels coming back to normal which is the cause for the headache?? Is that reasonable or could it be something else? thanks

The thing is though I never had these quick head "zaps" until i started to feel better and not think about my anxiety.  So is this my body going through the change of feeling good again?
