Help

Six days ago i was out with a friend going to the park. It was a normal day and all and when we parted ways she kissed me on the lips. Later that day i saw a random pimple on my chin thinking it was herpes i had an anxiety attack praying to god it wasn't herpes. Next day im constantly checking my lips and face for anything i woke up with a tiny cut in my lip i thought that was herpes but it healed completely the next day. then my lips started burning and tingling it wasn't that bad but as the days went on it got more noticable i constantly checked my lips for any cold sores, bumps anything and i have found nothing. She was wearing lip gloss but i never had an allergic reaction to lip-gloss before. i constantly and i mean constantly licked my lips making sure that it wasn't herpes related what so ever. my lips burned more when i wake up then at night i put ice on my lips and it stopped gave me some relief i thought i was free it was gone, but i woke up again and its back. if i don't lick it the burning starts and if i do it worsens i don't know what it is and i google herpes and it sends me into more anxiety. I have a wife and i don't want to have to tell her i have oral herpes because some girl couldn't keep there lips to themselves i love her dearly and the thought of leaving her due to this is heart aching. I need help is this herpes or am i being parinoid

Also STAY AWAY FROM GOOGLE.
It is a demonic force for anyone with anxiety.

If you think it's herpes, go to your doctor ASAP. If it isn't, then it's just anxiety :)
