Okay,so I posted previously....and I went to the doctor as all suggested. He decided I have restlessRestless leg syndrome leg syndrome and prescribed me RequipRequip Requip xl and then AmbienAmbien Ambien cr for sleeping. My legs kill me at night all down the back of them and I can not get them comfortable, no doctor will listen to me, then this leadsLead poisoning me into a full blown panicPanic disorder Panic disorder with agoraphobia attack because I am trying to find a way to just let me be comfortable for one second. Then I take my meds which seems to not help but put me in more of a panicPanic disorder Panic disorder with agoraphobia attack. I have been to psychologists and therapists and have come out of it where I am today. I am not depressed. I love my life, my family and my friends but this is driving me crazy.
This is going to sound weird, but I keep hearing it and maybe there's something to it. You never know til you try, and Snopes.com calls it "undetermined". So maybe.
Stick a new, unwrapped bar of any soap except Dove under the bottom sheet of the bed near where your legs are when you sleep. That's it. Seems to work well enough to catch on and many believe in it.
I know you say you are not depressed but anxiety is like the other side of the same coin. If you are having trouble eating, sleeping, enjoying your normal life etc. then you are affected by anxiety/depression. It's a pity the anti-depressants haven't helped you. You could try different ones or just go it without meds.
have you had your back checked out, that could be causing the leg pains. I have had periods of bad legs and find it is hormonal and maybe it is related to a ovarian cyst.
Try hot baths, gentle walking, listening to upbeat music, and do things that keep you busy, doing things for others.
There is a back manipulation that can be done which eliminated my RLS after YEARS of suffering with it.
Lie flat on your back. Have someone reach under your bottom and slowly lift up on the triangular shaped bony area at the base of your spine. As this is done, slowly exhale and allow your back to curl into a u shape...gently, without forcing it. Repeat three times, taking a deep breath in and exhaling as your bottom is lifted.
Sounds insanely simple and it is, but the benefits will astound you. My doctor showed my husband how to do that when I was pregnant and I could not believe it cured the RLS. Even medications wouldn't touch it.
There is alot to be said for the Chiropractor methods. I have all sorts of issues with different body parts and as soon as I go see my Chiro, I'm fine. I don't know how essential oils can help, but I'm sure there is something that they can do to help your leg problem. Do some homework on the oils, but make sure when you buy you get 100% essential oils and a top of the line product like Oshadi. Good luck and God bless
hey people, i have posted on the paulpiations page cause i get them all day everyday, but i get aot of other problems all day everyday as well.. i get muscle spasms, headaches. pains in my left arm. striking pains all over my body. tingles in my left hand somtime my right hand, tingles in my head. its like i got pains all day everyday, i cant live my life., all these just make me worry more and more. im thinking my brain nervous system is damage which is making my muclses spasms and why im getting tingles all the time and pains. headaches etc... wat can i do,, any tests. i dont smoke, drink do drugs anymore. dont drink caffiene.. i feel like my body is soo wrong... its like the whole left side of me get weaks, my right arm is never a problem, just my left side of me get numb.. please help
