Im so anxious cause Ill be moving . I guess it caught up to me cause Im feeling shaky getting the chills my apptite isn't good. Im in so much stress. I held it in for a while but now it's catching up to me. My mind races all night cause I have so much to do don't know where to start. Thanks for listenining to me I had to talk to someone. You guys are the best always making me feel better!!!!!

Hang in there Bip!  I find that if I make a list of EVERYTHING that I have to do, it eases some of the pressure...it organizes you and then you don't stress so much.....

yeah i did the same thing when we got this house 5 years ago, i dont do good with change and we didnt move but 15 mins from where we were its just the change i do that everytime i change jobs or what ever it might be. when i changed my meds 3 weeks a go i threw myself into a stress thing . ive been under lots stress with my moms health and at same time was having heart flutters pac every day all day long than spent 12 days in hospital with my mom, plus cardio dr changed my meds 3 times in a week ( i didnt like the long term side affects of them ,was scare to change but did now on atenolol just getting over the side affects) so i was stressed to the end, now everything calming down but my body, i fighting the stress everyday now wake up with tingling ears and head and all day i fight it , i have ativan but try not take it , ive lost 13 pds in 3 weeks and dont care to eat but trying to start back so i can pull myself together. so i know about stress , it will get you if you let it try and work through it fast before it takes hold, it sliped up on me with all that was going on i didnt notice i was stressed untill it started calming down now am paing . hope its gone soon. try not to think about it all day just do what you can and be happy with that. i will pray for you . barbara

I agree. Lists are terrific. Any time I feel overwhelmed, I make a list of everything- even including eating lunch!! I feel much better after I have to list. It also feels good to check the stuff off. Try it!! Best of luck!! And we are all here for each other!!
