This is without doubt one of those, "if it works for, go for it" situations because there is no scientific evidence whatsoever for the efficacy of homeopathy. Do the research, here, and you will find that the basic idea is to take a tiny portion of the thing that hurts you so that your body can ramp up the defenses when the real deal comes along. Makes sense when it comes it comes to an innoculation for something like polio, mumps or small pox. All those problems are the result of critters who invade your body -living things, we're talking about here. So, yes, inject me with something that looks like them, and my antibodies will learn who the aggressor is and take action accordingly.
And ... talk about your tiny portion ... we're talking about a tenth of a tenth of a tenth of a tenth ... you get the idea. In fact, the fraction of whatever it is (mixed with distilled water) is SO small, that some of the bottles will have nothing BUT water in them. Doesn't matter about physical presence of the substance; somehow, the water (or alcohol or sugar syrup) "knows" what its been next to, and adopts the properties of that substance. This would be like me putting vermoth in a martini simply by placing a glass of gin next to the bottle of vermouth. Which results in a not bad martini, now that I think about it.
But again -if it works for you, it works! Far be it from me to dispute your recovery, no matter HOW you get it.
p.s. try to discover the source of your anxiety. Knowing that will pave the way for you to take charge.

The thing with Homeopath is that they two have their drawbacks just like meds. But the important thing is that you find something that works and is safe. What cured my depression was being diagnosed with cancer. I suddenly realized I didn't have it has bad as I thought. At least not until the diagnosis. :o) I guess sometimes just a change of circumstances changes our perspective.
I do recommend getting some help for your anxiety. It can cause a conversion disorder that will make your anxiety seem like a piece of cake. But take it from me, the psuedo seizures are not so fun. it is all caused by lots of stress and anxiety. I find walks are helpful. Some nice tunes on your ipod to take with you. Sometimes I just sit outside after it cools off and watch the world go by. The bottom line is do something just for your self. I have also been instructed to lie down in a quiet room with nothing on. no tv. just quietness if possible. People are have depression are low in Folic Acid. Might want to take recommended dose of Folic Acid. It raises the seretonin level in the brain. Vitamin B's are also helpful. But check with the doctor always. Anxiety is tough but if you don't help it you are at risk for more serious health conditions. Im sure you already know that.
But i would hate to see you develop conversion disorder. I have had major stomach surgery because of stress and anxiety.
And the thing about medications is that they are not so bad if used correctly. I have been taking them since 15 years of age. I have found that it may only be a temporary thing and you can go off them after awhile. Sometimes we just need to let things level out. But if it were me, I would try as many things like exercise and such first because if you develope conversion disorder, you will end up and more meds or surgery, or there will be nothing they can do about it. so please, find activities that just make you happy and relaxed. I am now 50 years old and have had to deal with stress, anxiety, and depression for along time. I have tried every med that was ever put out there. Watch your breathing. Very big key in anxiety. Learn to recognize the signs and take slow deep breaths. Use Distractions. Even getting up to go get a glass of water will amazingly help.
Good luck to you. l The key is to find ways to relax. I know, its hard in todays world when you can't even fart without being taken to jail or being accused of possession of biological weapons. :o) Just kidding.
Just take control of your life. You will get there.

what type of homepathy treatment?
All I can say is that alternative forms of treatment work for those who really believe in them. Those who doubt the treatment would get as much joy. I tried hipnotheraphy and found it to be useless. I was meant to be under her spell and out of it, but was wide awake wondering when it would start to work. So at the end of the day it down to the individual and the belief.
