This website has been very helpful to me. I have been told to see a doctor for what i think is ocd. They told me that he will put me through some cognitive behavior therapy(CBT). I was just wondering if anybody has done it and how it has worked for them and also what are some of the steps of it so maybe i could try a little on my own before i get the appointment. Thanks.
Google it. It''s free of side effects, & in my case worked well alongside meds. It's a way of changing your thought patterns, from neg to pos. If you don't have a rapport with your thereapist/Doc etc then get another one. Wish you luck! It's painless & you can use it whenever you feel the need for it.
