How do I get through this

I'm going through a really bad patch at the minute, my anxiety and panic attacks are out of control, I've just started back on my meds two days ago, and I'm due to see a counsiler Thursday. I'm getting horrible symptoms bad dizzyness, feeling like I'm going to faint, blurred vision, all my surroundings seem strange, pains in chest, weak and hot, head feels strange, feel really ill and scared :-( I'm going through a hard time at the moment and also not been eating properly

Thanks for your reply, they was going to give me beta blockers but wouldn't due to my asthma

Sounds like extreme anxiety. Did you by any chance get an anxiolytic to go with your meds? like Ativan or alprazolam to kill severe attacks?
