I know with my Anxiety, my body is extremely sensitive to any new sensation, you are much more aware of any new feeling or pain. My advice to you is that, nobody knows your body better than you do, and if you have been having this persistant leg pain, than you need to talk with your doctor and insist on some tests. Just because you have suffered from anxiety, does not mean that EVERYTHING you have gooign forward is a reflection of that. What other symptoms do you have? Is your leg swollenSwollen glands or discolored? Is the pain a constant pain or just sparatic pain? Is it achy or sharp?
As I said, we know our bodies better than anyone else. If you feel that this pain is something that you need to take care of, don't allow your doctor to dismiss anything with you, they are there for a reason.
