How to reduce Clonazepam intake

I have been on celexa for approximately 6 - 7 years. One year ago my doctor put me on another drug called clonazepam. I take 40mg Of celexa in the morning and one table of clonazepam at .5mg in the morning and one .5mg in the evening. I have been taking both drugs now.
Jan 2007 I was taking one 20mg of celexa for the day and was functioning fine. My girlfriend left me and I could nope cope with the lost so my doctor put me on Clonazepam and within 3 days I was feeling well. I never lost any time at work. Since I have seek physcological help I feel I can function fine without clonazepam. I have been reading up on the drug and it seems trickey to stop this drug. Can you tell me how to propertly reduce my intake on this drug. Thank you

Google the Ashton Manual and check out ************.org. Clonazepam or any benzo for that matter must be tapered slowly. Cold turkey method is not an answer as it can leave you stuck in a world of hell.
