How well does aroma AND soothing sound theropy work?

I wanted to try soothing sound theropy with aroma theropy at night.
I would LOVE to get one of those small rock water falls and a few soothing sounds like thunder storms/rain
I will be taking my ativan too.

Also...I am 96.7lbs or I WAS last week and was trying to gain back what I lost. tonight I feel is a draw back because the house hold we live in is unbareabley stressful.

ug..I am too tired to care. I feel so off now, drained on edge still..I feel odd and I just want it to go away so I can SLEEP already.
not sure why I am still key'd up over the fight today that happened but I think it has to do with me being worried about my heart racing then skipping like it was going to stop..it triggered that

what IF I have a heart condition or High blood pressure ect...
