Well, it all started in ( thinking back ) umm...in April about the 14th or 16th !!
it is now ... 19th of May Monday. =[ i am very unhappy at the moment because what happened on 14th/16th was this...
i was sat @ my computer desk on my laptop and watching t.v. suddenly ( basiclly ALL OF A SUDDEN ) my earsEar barotrauma Ear discharge Ear emergencies Ear examination Ear tube insertion Ear tube insertion - series went all weird and its very hard to explain, i thought i could hear a sliiiiiggghhhttt ( very slight ) ringingTinnitus but after a while it passed but left my earsEar barotrauma Ear discharge Ear emergencies Ear examination Ear tube insertion Ear tube insertion - series feeling HORRIBLE !!!!!! so weeks went on and on, until suddenly on the 15th of May i went to the doctors! ( lil bit l8 i know lol ) and they checked my earsEar barotrauma Ear discharge Ear emergencies Ear examination Ear tube insertion Ear tube insertion - series & said i was fine but what MIGHT be causing the probz is a weird chord thingy or somink tht controlls popping of the earsEar barotrauma Ear discharge Ear emergencies Ear examination Ear tube insertion Ear tube insertion - series & my doctor sed it wud go away but it really doesnt feel ANY Better and is starting to get worse...but just b4 i went to the docs. On one sunday ( i think it was like 12th of May ) i started getting a very painfulPainful menstrual periods stomache ache and went to the toilet like 2 days l8er ( my stomache was still hurtin ) and i had horrible diarriah!!!...All of this...BUT STILL MOOORE TO COME!!!...so anyway that left me with ear's playing up still ; & horrible stomach aches ; & diarriah ( but tht is getting weirder ). Until...a couple of days l8er...i discovered a rash!...( THATS ALL I NEED! ) around my stomache...then l8er on...develpoed aroundmy back! I was soooooooooooooooooooooooooo terrified of all the illnesses i thought i had at this point, because my diet and evrything was sooooooooooooooooooooo not healthy and i wasnt exactly the happiest of ppl.
I used to cry sooo much thinking i had evry disease going, and because of all the stress of doing hmwk and stuff & school. None of my other friends had ear thingy's or rlli bad illnesses i felt so alone and i kept thinkin i had shingles n chicken-pox but the werid thing is tht my sister has just gotton over chiucken-pox & i might have them but i honestly dont know because my cousin says she has alllllllllllllllll the symptons i have...and she thinks it is a virus
I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO CONFUSED PLEEEEEEASE HELP ME !!!! =[
I like your nickname at least you have a sense of humour and that will help you through this difficult time.
With the ringing in the ears, could be due to many things. I have ringing in my ear since October last year, left ear only and it has stopped. Went to a neurologist, ENT and some of the answers I get is anxiety, tight neck and jaw muscles around the ear concerned.
I know if I haven't slept well, and wake up with a tight neck and clenched jaw, well the ringing is horrible but you sort of learn to live with it.
Anyway if your doctors don't think it is a problem, then try not to worry. But then you mention about stomach pains etc, so maybe you could have caught some viral infection and ear canals might be just clogged up and cause the ringing. So just try to relax and see how it goes and if you are getting other troubling symptoms other than the ringing, see your doctor again.
Hey
You sound like you are stressed out with school and now you are worrying about your ears and all of these illnesses that you "may" have. Chances are, if your doctor isn't worried then you shouldn't be either. If it was something horrible then it would've come across to them by now.
I became dizzy back in November and it lasted for three straight weeks and then the odd dizzy spell after that. I went to a dizzy doctor and everything came back normal. I also feel at times like I have the flu...and I get days where I'm so nauseous I have to force myself to eat and sometimes have diarrhea. Many doctors have told me it's anxiety related and it's nothing to worry about,
If you still feel like you aren't convinced by what your doctor is saying then, by all means, get a second opinion. But keep your mind open to the possibility of it being stress or anxiety related. It does weird things...BELIEVE ME!!!
Keep us posted. Take care.
