I know it's extremely complicated. its like people dont even pay attention to this stuff anymore, for our own bad i think. If it was more OPEN then we dont have to suffer and go through all this research like detectives its absolutely disheartening and depressing. Doctors dont pay attention to meds and prescribe like that and dont test it first. I was on that and it alsmost killed me. i cant find a normal and strong antibiotics for this depression and social anxiety. Herbs are fine but they loose potency after awhile. This doctors can just suck the money outta of you and you are left with nothing but despair. I will try your recommendation, thanx for information and may you find the right path and diagnose/treatment because for me its just been nothing but a hell.

I don't understand, antibiotic for stress?  Glutamine probably won't get you where you want to go.  The better way to get glutamine is to take glycine, it's absorbed better.  Taurine directly manufactures GABA, the body's natural relaxant.  Passionflower taken regularly can help the system.  5-HTP can help the body manufacture serotonin.  A stress B complex helps you with handling stress and gives you the co-factors necessary for a properly functioning nervous system.  See, it's complicated.  That's why I still recommend a hoilistic nutritionist or naturopath.  At the least, try a book called Natural Highs by Hyla Cass, a psychiatrist at UCLA.

yes, i am taking them already for damaged tissues because stress really damages liver tissues and amino does opposite. i am taking  L-glutamins. I also try to eat little meat because of high protein thing but every-time i eat meat i get more issues i think it is something to do with heavy meals and digestive system. I am trying to go to that Chinese holistic center to fix breathing problems. i was on paxil and zoloft o boy it made me worse.
I had several reactions including high blood pressure and scissor. Then i said i have to do something about eating junk food and i eliminate them and i add whole foods like vegetables and fruits because of high fiber and antioxidant properties, it is natural colon cleanser. now i still have breathing and anxiety problems i cant find good antibiotic which helps me for my confidence and stress. i dont want to smoke cannabis,

Okay, so you've made yourself healthier.  To continue with this track, I still suggest a naturopath or holistic nutritionist who can guide you more specifically regarding your anxiety.  There are herbs and amino acids that can help get you closer still to your goal.

I've been on diet since 2009 and it improved my conditions in a first place. i dont blame DIET but it did its job. i dont eat processed food  when i eat i feel sick and i have allergies.
i dont eat sugar and yeast gluten and all that junk. first nobody put me ina diet. it was my choise to improve my emotional health and gotta tell yea it improved about 40%. BUT i still have emotional problems and anxiety. i have tryed HIGH CARBOHYDRATE DIET and it helped me with mood swing and i might go back on it. TAKE CARE. i know some websites too if you want to i can post. :)

Who put you on the diet?  And why?  Have you seen a holistic nutritionist or naturopath, or did you do this on your own?

Hi. Diet, exercise, and adequate sleep can all affect anxiety and depression. So can some drugs, physical conditions, and alcohol intake. I don't have much experience with the benefits of certain foods, but even with the things already mentioned, you could have a physical or mental condition that requires medication or other therapies. As such, I would recommended a professional evaluation to narrow down the cause of your symptoms, as well as determine what treatment would be helpful. Take care, GM
