I NEED HELP!

I recently had a sexual encounter with a prostitute. I used a condom but did not slip it on completely, it was on only 3/4 of the way. We had sexual intercourse for about 8 minutes. After ejaculation I removed my penis straight awy and removed the condom of appropriately. I'm doubtful that the condom broke but I think it might have been expired. The next day in the afternoon I felt slight fatigue. It was then I began to stress that I might have contracted a disease. After a troubled sleep I was still fatigued but failed to sleep when attempted. My appetite is still the same probably eating more so now than ever. After four days of incredible amounts of anxiety I think my lymph nodes had began to swell I still unaware if they are infract swollen but I can feel it. My body temperature fluctuates from 37C to 38C. I need help please tell me if these are symptoms of HIV.

"Keep your **** in your pants?"

I'm sure that was a lighthearted attempt at humor, but unfortunately soo many people experience such a high level of anxiety in these situations, that comments like that not only will not help them in any way, but could also increase their anxieties.

Truly, the OP DID practice safe sex and has no worries.  The only thing I would suggest to the OP is being sure that he buys the right condoms for the job...both in fit, material, and also ensure they are not expired.  An expired condom is still effective if it remains intact, but the chance of breakage increases as the condom ages.  Condom packaging includes very detailed instructions on proper condom application/removal, along with picture diagrams to show proper use.  I highly suggest that every man familiarizes themselves with proper condom use to avoid these situations.

If a condom was used and remained intact during coitus, there is no risk for HIV.  So, again, while everyone must decide for themselves what risks they are comfortable taking...simply telling them to zip it up doesn't really help anyone.  It's far better to encourage people to be as safe as possible when in these situations!

OP, you had no risk for HIV.  You don't require testing.

If the head of your penis was covered and the condom did not break, you had NO RISK!

You state that the day after this encounter, you felt some fatigue. Even if you had contracted HIV, there is no way ANY symptoms would show up the next day.

As for your lymph nodes, I suggest you stop poking and prodding them, which I'm certain you're doing. You're letting your anxiety get the better of your mind. Most likely you have a cold or the flu which is causing the fatigue, the (possible) swollen nodes, trouble sleeping and the very minor fluctuation in your temperature.

I repeat that you had NO RISK.
You might want to buy some new condoms, though.
