I too have been suffering with anxiety and panic attacks. I strongly suggest that you find a clinic where they can get you some anti anxiety medication. I know how you feel but I am lucky enough to have insurance. Go to the clinic or even the Emergency Room of a hospital and tell them you feel out of control. They may end up giving you Ativan which I can say from experience is very good for anxiety. They may also be able to hook you up with a pro bono doctor or clinic where you can go for therapy. You can beat this problem but it is much easier with help and support from medical practicioners. Good luck and don't give up hope. All the symptoms you mentioned are anxiety. That should be a comfort to you but in your state, nothing will help. Go find a clinic or a hospital to help you. God bless.

Hypochondriac (hī-pō-kon’drē-ak): a person with somatic over-concern, including morbid attention to the details of bodily functioning and exaggeration of any symptoms no matter how insignificant.
I wouldn't go to a regular family doctor but a psychiatrist instead. My family doctor just shoved pills down my throat for years until I finally went to a psychiatrist who talked me through a lot of my anxiety, perscribed me some pills and while I do have flare ups I have been pretty calm.
It's natural to be scared of your own health when a loved one suffers from a medical condition. No different than when we question our own mortality when someone dies. when you can afford to go get a thorough physical to rule anything out and then see the shrink. I promise you you'll feel better. There are also a lot of support groups out there for hypochondria.
The hypochondriac. com is a slow responding site but the people there can definalty relate to what you're going through.
Of course you would need a doctor to examine you, but all of your symptoms are anxiety related. Most people who suffer from anxiety get the symptoms from every disease that they think that they have. I also used to think I had many diseases and seem to take on their symptoms. If you look on anxietycentre.com you can see all the symptoms that anxiety can cause and then some. If it is possible, I feel an anti-anxiety med can help you, so call your doctor from last year and see if he can prescribe something for you. Because of your age and your complete physical last year, I feel it is most likely all anxiety related. Feel better and best to you!
