Do you take any medications or see a therapist? Before I started Celexa several years ago I fell into a deep depersonalization. Nothing felt real. I was on autopilot all day everyday. The Celexa seemed to help and I have since stopped taking it. I have days that I feel like a zombie and everything appears surreal but not like it was. I hope you start feeling better very quickly.
I take Ativan for panic attacks as well but it is good for short periods. You may want to consider seeing you're primary care physician and getting on a long term medication. If you do not prefer medication perhaps seeing a therapist and getting to the root of your triggers. Maybe even the two coupled is something to consider. Just remember it will not happen over night but you will eventually start to feel better.
