I don't know what to do about this

I've been having anxiety symptoms for about a week now. they came on so... out of the blue.
I can't help it. I hate this, I don't feel like myself. I've lost some interests in the things I love.
I start panicing over nothing. Everything from my death, to aliens taking over the planet. I'm afraid I'm going crazy...
Now i've been getting these headaches. the kind you get when you've been crying for hours... but i havent been.

I can't focus on anything.
I'm afraid I'd hurt my fiance with these issues...

my heart races for no reason, I feel winded, Tired, headaches, like crying, like im craving something but i don't know what...

my therapist says it's just anxiety and i'll be ok.

I can control it for a while but it always ends up getting the best of me....

I'm 20.. My main concerns should be what I want to wear tomorrow, not if my heart is going to explode in my sleep..

sorry for the choppy message but I can barely focus on what I'm writing..

I would but I'm not once for chemical healing, this is a mental game. I can over come this out of my own free will.

Hi there, a few weeks ago I started experience major panic attacks that were brought on by a physical illness. Thank God the anxiety has now subsided.I was PARANOID all week long and it didn't help that I recently lost my mother. You know what helped? Surrounding myself with people I love and laugh with. It sounds simple but it really saved me. It also really helped to keep busy with anything! Doing chores, watching a movie...anything! Well prayer helped me to but you might not be into that so I won't speak about that. Play some chill out/relaxing music, light some candles, burn some incense, get a massage, play sports, work out...FIND something that calms you. It's different for everyone.
