I doubt this is anxiety!! Can't take this anymore!

I feel my head pounding all day long it's so annoying.
I feel my hearbeat in my head.
When I lay down it's worse I feel as If I am not getting enough oxygen to my head!
I am ALWAYS dizzy! Lightheaded and I get fainting sensations. Especially when I am out somewhere.
Sharp pains all over my body! In random places- first my head, then my arm, then my leg. Very sharp shooting pains that make me stop whatever I am doing.
Pressure headaches.
Blurred vision.

I CAN RELATE TO YOU. I FEEL THE SAME WAY SOMETIMES. I HATE IT. I FEEL LIKE IM GONNA DIE SOMETIME SOON CUZ OF THIS. I HAVE BEEN CHECKED FOR THE OXYGEN THING AND THEY TELL ME IM FINE. ITS ALL IN MY HEAD. I HATE IT BECAUSE I FEEL LIKE NO ONE UNDERSTANDS ME WHEN I SAY I FEEL LIKE I DONT HAVE ENOUGH BREATHS OF OXYGEN. ITS ALL IN OUR HEADS I GUESS. BUT PHYSICALLY IT DOSENT FEEL LIKE ITS ALL IN MY HEAD.

It happens to me all the time. But it goes away sometimes when i'm more calm. But usually there are good and bad days. So don't worry, it's anxiety. Don't let it control you and eventually it'll get better!
