I feel sleep on morning!!!

I feel sleep on morning!!!

Hello. I am a 23 years old student. I go to bed from 12:30 at night and wake on 8:00. But, I am feel sleep and tired on morning and always yawn!  After sleeping about 1 hour at noon, I feel good and can concentrate on my work. But in the morning I can not concentrate because I am tired and sleepy. Please help me. Thanks very much

Some people are morning people, some arent.  ANxiety takes a lot out of your body, so if you are feeling anxious a lot it can make you tired.  Depression is a cause of this too.  Maybe try going to bed earlier.
