Wow, if I didn't know better I would have thought that I wrote your question. That's basically what I went through last fall... And it turns out I have an anxiety disorder. I was checked for heart problems, EEG, ct, blood work, lupus, Lyme disease, thyroid, ms... The works... And everything came back normal. Then my doctor have me ativan to try and take the next time the dizzyness got bad. If it helped then it narrowed down to anxiety. Ativan is not a long term solution, but was great on an as needed basis. After months of trying every all natural way of healing I've improved greatly... But not enough to get back to work. So I'm now on day 3 of an ssri to help get me back to myself. Good luck to you, I hope you're feeling better soon
Hello. I am very similar to you with health anxiety. I woke up with a cramp neck from sleeping wrong and I'm during in my head. Let me ask you how many times can you recall asking Dr.Google your symptoms? I'm not saying your everything is fine but I am saying anxiety amplifies every little symptom x20. What helped me a lot in dire times was looking up meditative yoga on YouTube and a very hot bath. I may or may be easing your worried but I do hope and pray everyone can beat anxiety at some point in our lifes .
