This sounds like a combination of anxiety and depression. The non-medication help starts with therapy with a psychologist. If you're on meds and still suffering this much, the meds aren't working -- they're not the right ones for you, assuming you've been taking them long enough for them to have kicked in. Don't just stop; they have to be tapered off of, but it's time to talk to your psychiatrist about the fact they're not working very well. You'll probably then be given a choice -- add another med to them or stop them and try something else.
