I need reassurance

I have Gad. Have had it over 2 yrs now. I need to know if all my symptoms are from this? I am always dizzy, a weird dizzy, like I'm on a boat , my visual function is so weird, I have split vision, perception is off, dream like, brain fog. constant head and eye pressure. I just don't feel myself at all. I can function in life, but I feel this discomfort always. I had every test you can think of, all normal. Does anyone have this 24 hrs a day? I don't work because I just get so depressed about the way I feel.  also bothered by stores, bright lights, alot of movement around me. I had ears checked 3 times, always normal.I feel everything my body does, every movement is noticed. I hate it. Any one like me out there?

If you are feeling this terrible and not taking any meds, you are doing yourself a huge injustice. The medicine will truly pull you up so much higher and it wont brainwash you or change your body dramatically by any means. It may take some dabbling with medicines to find the one that works perfectly with your body, but if you give them a chance your life will change for the better.

Take it from someone who has so much more to worry about and had anxiety keeping him from leaving his dorm room (and for no reason).

I have been dealing with anxiety for about 2 months now.  I am constantly looking up my symptoms or checking blood pressure/pulse.  I feel every little pain b/c I am sitting there waiting on something to happen.  At one point I didn't want to leave home nor be alone.  I almost quit my job.  The symptoms have gotten some better I still have in the mornings nauseated, eye pain, chest pain, anxious/nervous feeling and shortness of breath.  Just like dizzyhairs I am not taking any meds.  I go to therapy every week to help me with different tools to get me through the day.  Sometimes it works and other times my mind gets the best of me.  I have learned that a mind is a powerful thing.

I am kinda the same way.  I started having panic attacks out of the blue about 10months ago.  The panic then turned to constant dizzyness, brain fog, vision problems etc.  I have been managing without meds and just doing cog behavioral therapy.  10 months ago i was unable to even go to stores, today I am much better, not perfect but better.  I don't so much have the dizzy feeling anymore.   I just have this awful feeling of uneasiness, like swaying.  just like you said...i notice every move around me and sometimes things arent even moving but I think they are.  I seriously think it is all anxiety related, I think we focus too much on our bodies and are in a constant state of worry.  At least I feel thats how I am.  I passed out in a restaurant a year ago which started the panic for me....being taken to and er was traumatizing and they did a normal blood work up, ekg, head ct and found nothing.  they let me leave feeling weak, tired, and still dizzy with no answers.  The only thing I haven't tried is taking a motion sickness pill to see if it helps with the feeling of moving, have you considered that?
