I need some examples

I need some examples

I am 21 going on 22 and have been suffering from everyday panic attacks for the last 6 months. I can relate with the three or four doctors visits and all the tests and everything came out possitive. my attacks start with me not being ab;e to take a deep breath sometimes it feels like i can't breath at all. I am getting so tired of this it is runing my life and i am on xanax but that only gets you so far.. I just want to feel normal and not always have the feeling that something is wrong with me. please help and give me some ezamples of things that have helped i will do anything at this point.

Unfortunately, there aren't any easy solutions. Medications do help, but it's a matter of finding the proper medication or combination of medications that work best for you.

Other alternatives that may be helpful include exercise (yoga and tai chi are excellent), meditation, accupunctire and deep breathing exercises. You may also want to consider counseling on a regular basis.

I hope some of these suggestions help and give you hope that you won't live the rest of your life in this state. There are answers. Sometimes it just takes time in finding them.

Anxiety is hard to overcome.  I have been battling heatlh anxiety for  about 6 years.   It's a terrible feeling.  Every time I get a new symptom, I jump to conclusions and think of the worst possible case scenario.  Some of the following things I have used to ease my anxiety:
*THINK POSITIVELY-  Whenever you get a negative thought in your mind, throw up a STOP sign and try to think of something more positive.
*KEEP BUSY- Read a book, take a walk, watch a funny movie.
*LIVE COURAGEOUSLY-  Don't chase your fears...live in the moment.  Don't look back with regret or fear the future.
