If anyone has an answer for me please do help or if you have similiar experiences

It's been almost a month now I have not taken celexa.  I am currently taking klonopin as prescribed to help me with my panic and agoraphobia.  It definately does wonders and helps a lot!  But these withdrawl symtpoms from the celexa are just too much!  I mean they aren't as severe as they were, but I have tingling, numbness throughout my body and rushes of dizziness and nausea is the worst.  I been taking Benadryl to relieve these symtpoms and it actually does help, but is it safe to take this everyday...I mean i'm not abusing it but I want to know how long these withdrawls will stop?????????????????????????????????????????????  I'm going to go bananas..

I was addicted to xanax years ago and the withdrawl symptoms that I experienced were
very similar. Tingling and like shocking feelings in my hands. dizziness. numbness. sick to my stomach and headaches. Its hard to go through. I think it took a couple weeks if that for them to slowly get better and then stopped altogether. So hang in there!

How fast did you withdraw and how long were you on it?  These are big factors in withdrawal symptoms in my experience.  But, the good thing is, these symptoms do go away; you even said so in your post.  So, look at the positive, it is getting better and remember it will get much better as time goes on....keep us posted!
