I'm having a panic attack

my hands are tingling and I feel anxious. I took a herbal high last night but turned to be BZP which is like mdma. I'm ok, my bodys ok and heart etc... but I woke up with a jump with my parents screaming and arguing.... I went into an instant panick attack.can someone help me stop this please?

For one thing, if you have anxiety, stay away from stimulants, herbal or otherwise. Try to tell yourself that you are ok and the problem is not with you and find a way to either get out of the situation or distract yourself. I use an MP3 player, headphones and my favorite music. Good luck

Sorry, but those aren't herbal highs, they're chemical highs.  If you're an anxiety sufferer, you don't want to get high, sorry, just the way it is.

Have you seen a doctor yet?  Nowadays there is no reason to suffer.  This may not be a cure,...but you certainly don't have to go day by day suffering with massive panic/anxiety attacks.
