Im so nervous.

I have to take a serve safe test on wednesday  this is my 3rd time going cause I keep failing the test. Im so nervous Im going to fail again my mind goes blank I can't think I feel overwhelm when I sit in class my heart starts pounding I feel like Im going to get anxiety attack in class. I feel like I want to leave. Im afraid Im going to feel like this again.

Im a night supervisor at dunkin donuts. One person on everyshift have to go take this test  has to know temp. , how to date food, Ice coffe, how long to leave stuff out like sanitizer has to changed every 4 hours the freezer and fridge had to be on a certain temp. I hope I explain this ok. It's alot I have to know and the test is hard.

bip, i have felt like this many times when i was in a quiet class, and having to do a test or something important, i would always take a deep breath count to four and exhale and count to three, i noticed it drastically slowed my heart rate down, and made me calmer...you can do it, its mind over matter....have faith, you will be ok...good luck to you

you give us so much encouragement. I am sure you will do great. You have helped me a lot with my anxiety, whether you know it or not. You are always giving such good advice!! Just keep your head up and remember it is just a test. This test does not judge you in any way of the type of person you are. It does not judge your skills or your knowledge. It is just a piece of paper. You know you know all of the information. Just relax and think about all of the good things you have done for others, and try and focus on that. Maybe that will help relax you!! Please let us know how you do!!

Hang in there....make sure you study so you are prepared and then BREATHE like the above post said...try to focus on the task at hand and not on your anxiety....BEST TO YOU!!!
