75 mcg of Fentanyl is a fairly large dose of narcotic. Fortunately, there are no horrible withdrawal symptoms from narcotics other than anxiety. In other words, it's uncomfortable as hell, but it won't hurt you.
Buspar will not help you. You are going to have to "ride out" the withdrawal on your own. Buspar is supposed to be an anxiolytic, but it's junk (expensive junk).
PS: The only thing that would help you is also highly addictive, and that's the last thing you need at this point.
IAM JUST LIKE YOU I DO THE SAME THING BUT IT IS NOT GOOD AT ALL FOR YOU IT MAKES YOU SO SICK I HAVE BEEN THOURING UP ALL MORRING OK IT IS NOT FUN AT ALL OK JUST KEEP HANG IN THERE OK YOU WILL BE OK

I'll be more cautious with my choice of words in the future. Calling Buspar "junk" was out of line.
Objectively speaking, Buspar does little to nothing on its own. Combined with an SSRI or SNRI, it has some proven efficacy on anxiety symptoms of the somatic type.
Not the greatest choice for Narcotic withdrawal, IMHO, but certainly more useful in combination with Paxil and similar type drugs.

Let it run its course. That's all you can do.

I LOVE my buspar...but I do take it in conjuction with my Paxil..It has helped me so much with my anxiety symptoms....(the shakes, nausea, etc)....
I know that Buspar does nothing alone, but it does help when it is in conjunction with an ssri.
Just my two cents!
BTW I have been on it 6 years now....
