No question about it, some physical conditions will provoke feelings of anxiety; the tricky part, sometimes, is telling whether the physical symptoms are being caused by an independent physical agent -or are a manifestation of the anxiety process itself. So, if your inner ear has some problem that interfers with the tiny gyroscope in there, fixing that problem should reduce the anxiety. Whether you actually need an ENT guy to check your inner ear, I don't know. There may be tests that a regular doc -or even just you- can do to check for inner ear function; but regardless, why NOT check it out?
