Hang in there and give it some time. We understand what your going through. Actually, I just started a new med myself 4 weeks ago and I had that problem with my appetite, nausea and feeling really weird. It's gotten much better. I know it's hard to eat right now but you have to. Maybe eating something like toast with your meds will help the nausea a little. We're here for you. Take care. Remar
hopefully it goes away quickly,it makes me feel a little odd..and i have no appetite at all..although in a short period of time it has improved my anxiety.
now if the side effects will just clear up.i will feel great.as far as anxiety is concern. :)
It will go away. If not after 3 to 4 weeks then the doc will give you another one to try. Don't worry, you two will find one that works. I'm started on Celexa and ended up with Remeron which puts me to sleep at night (yeah!) I'm hoping to drop the Celexa when I see the doc again next month. Any questions, just ask.
The drowsy symptom should get better with time I'm on Luvox and it had the same effect on me for a while it no longer plays a factor. Being a drowsy will help the anxiety as well maybe that why the Dr put you on that med I dont know. headache and dry mouth might just be dehydration you may need more fluids while you take the med you body might be using more fluids to help the med work or maybe its just a side effect of the med that thirst will increase and dehydration might as well. Maybe its just a coincidance thats you became dehydrated.
I have the same kind of reaction from my heart med's Ivabradine I feel thirsty, dry mouth more often. I have not really had a headache as yet but I have been drinking more in responce to the dry mouth etc.
Just an idea
