Is it really anxiety?

I am a 22 year old female with a lot of problems for my age. The doctor's say it's all mental, but I just don't want to believe that. It has been 4 years that I have suffered from anxiety. I get anxious with almost anything and always have a heart rate of 100 bpm or more. I am also always dizzy and tired. In 2007 the doctor's found a 6cm adrenal tumor. It astonished me because I couldn't believe I had such a big tumor. Immediatley I panicked. The first thing that came into my mind was cancer, but thank god it was a benign tumor. I had surgery last December, but everything came out good. My question is could this really all just be anxiety, or does the tumor in the adrenal gland make a difference?

get your hormones tested.  to see if your off.  maybe your adrenals are over or under producing does not hurt to get checked.

i to feel dizzy like not spinning but off balcne and when i move my head certain ways it feels weird....im very worried...i will get veritgo or i have BPPV??? im soo scared
