Is it starting all over again?

I haven't had an anxiety attack in at lest a couple of months but lately I've been feeling strange and I can't tell if it all goes back to anxiety or do i have a valid concern.

I've been seeing a chiropractor since early this summer and I have been feeling heaps better physically, until recently. I had a chiropractic adjustment on Thursday evening and then went home. I went to go lay down and did so on my stomach which I always do and immediately started to feel a pain in butt and the top back part of my thighs. By the time I went to sleep my legs were very weak and tired and on fire, almost as if I had walked 30 miles in my flip flops. I was hoping to feel better the next morning but it's been 3 days and my legs still feel very weak and tired along with pain in my back and weakness in my arms. On Friday, I also started getting the pins and needles sensations on my feet, tingling on my toes, throbbing pain in my joints, and pins and needles on my arms and hands. Just kind of feels like I have an electric current running through my body. I have noticed on occasion as well that sometimes my muscles are sore like I worked out strenuously but I don't work out so I don't understand why my muscles feel this way. My skin feels sensitive to touch and I feel I have a shakiness going on in my hands and legs although physically I don't see any shaking. My eyes hurt alot sometimes and I feel like my vision blurs but never enough to really freak me out but I attribute this to a bad allergy season as well. I had an emergency appointment with my eye doctor back in March due to eye pain and blurred vision but there was nothing wrong and he just noticed alot of congestion in my sinuses that were affecting my eyes and prescribed some eye drops. I have my yearly eye exam next month and I am looking forward to that.

The last time I went to go see my GP in May, he finally gave me a referral to a neurologist to look into the shakiness I was feeling back then but the neurologist apparently saw or heard nothing in me that concerned her enough to want to do any tests, other than her exam. That was back in June. She determined that my shakiness was physiological and there was nothing of concern. I'm almost sure that it's all anxiety but with these symptoms being so similar to MS I wanted to get an opinion from someone who is thinking rationally rather than my hysterical self. My employer offers wellness screenings once a year where they have medical staff onsite and you can signup for all kinds of tests so I am scheduled to have a full bloodwork scan where they will test for 35 potential diseases on 10/1. I'm looking forward to this testing although terrified at the same time about what the results will be. I see my chiropractor tomorrow and I will definitely question him on what happened since Thursday but in the meantime, I'm hoping to get some feedback from this wonderful community that has helped me be rational in the past.
