Is this Anxiety

I Have been experiencing anxiety symptoms on and off for the last 2 years.  At times I feel it is under control and times it is horrible.  I was given Lorazepam to take as needed as have gotten it only 3 times over the last 2 years. 6 months ago I started having something happen that is really weird, after being on 3 different antibiotics for sinuses and UTI infections I starting having a weird feeling in mouth, it would come and go last a little bit maybe an hour then go away.  The feeling was strange like my tongue was larger or swollen.  after about 2 months of this weirdness I look at my tongue in the mirror with a light and it was covered in white stuff.  By August the felling was there more than it wasn't there, I would constantly have ice or a straw to chew on in my mouth to help avoid the weird feeling, it was not pain with strange.   I went to my Doc and he gave me another antibiotic, three days into taking it, my mouth could not handle it the white stuff had gotten worse my mouth was .  I researched Candida I thought that may be the issue so I went back to the Doc and he ordered a complete blood work up and gave me dyflican.  It seemed to help allot the first few days and cut the junk in my mouth in half.   But now a mouth has gone by and stuff is still there.  I feel like I am going crazy, no one understands this.  I look on the internet and now I am scared I have ALS.
Last week I had no symptoms at all, then all the sudden yesterday it staring all over.

What kind of Doc to I see?
What is a good anxiety med to take around the clock?
Can anxiety cause issue with the mouth?
