Is this a symptom?

Every now and then i get twitches in my head, and on my legs.. NOW I am feeling tingling sensation and twitches in my nose, upper lip and my tongue! (for the past few hours), And it is making me feel quite nervous.  

Anyone experienced this?

Hi Donna,  I started twitching about 3 years ago with my big toe...now I twitch EVERYWHERE!  My nose, my head, my face, my tongue, my lips, my stomach, fingers, toes, bottom of feet, EVERYWHERE...I of course thought I was going to die and that I had a terrible disease, but I'm still here and it still does it all the time...much worse when I'm sitting or resting...try to relax or get up and move around if you're able to...Good luck and keep us posted.
