Is this anxiety or is something seriously wrong with me?

hie i have been experiencing weird sensations in my head for a year now. i'm 20 years old and i'm a female i had anorexia and bulimia for 7 years now i'm okay and weigh a healthy weight. what started out as a really bad headache turned into these weird sensations at first it was like there was heat inside my head it felt really hot inside and i went to my doctor and he gave me this medication called zolpidem which help for like a few days but then those sensations would return and the pills would always leave me feeling like a zombie.  then after that it started feeling like there was fluid moving inside and if i move either way i'd feel the contents inside my head move also, i have no dizziness or naseau or anything.. it felt like i was bleeding the sensations are always on and off i can be fine one minute the next i'm a mess it's not painful just uncomfortable.. i've noticed that sometimes the sensations usually start after i finish my period though my doctor tested me and i'm not anaemic and i even too iron tablets to make sure.

these weird sensations in my head are holding me back i'm only 20 and i'm in university and when i study too much of which i have to it gets worse.. please anyone one there if you have any info please help me i want to know what i'm dealing with

The only thing I can think of is vertigo, which affects people differently. It took me several years and M.R.I.'s to figure out what I was going through. I found it hard to believe that all my symptoms were based on an inner ear disturbance! My situation finally resolved itself and it hasn't come back, thank goodness.
