Is this anxiety or racing thoughts or social anxiety

My issues is that I loose my confidence so much that it shows on my face like my mouth drops like when someone is really unhappy. Whenever I feel that people are looking at me or glancing my way I immediately begin to worry and become somewhat fearful and I am might be falsely accused of something. My heart does not race nor does my hands become sweaty at all. If I am at a movie theatre or in a restaurant and someone would cough and I am able to hear the coughing I will tend to interpret the coughing as if someone is coughing because of me.

I think they all go hand in hand you get anxious when people look at you and your racing thoughts tell you they are devising and opinion of you and that is what I believe social anxiety is (The fear of what other people are thinkin of you) I personally do not have this type of anxiety but if I did I think I would just keep telling myself they aren't talking, thinking or accusing me of anything they just happened to look my way and try not to put anymore thought into it. I am sure it will take practice and you'll get it. Good luck keep us posted.
