The above is a good question, because if the answer is no you could just be changing as you get older. Most of us go through phases in life, we don't stay exactly the same. You weren't the same at 15 as you were at 13, and you shouldn't expect to be the same at 17. And at that age, small gaps in age can produce large changes in personal habits, as your brain is maturing quickly now and you're also facing greater and more interesting challenges intellectually. So if you're not really bothered by it emotionally but are just nostalgic, you have two choices: accept the new yous that will occur over time and get to know and love them, or work to change to a you that you like better. If it is bothering your emotionally, it might be the result of something going on, in which case you might find it useful to talk to a therapist about it.
Do you feel anxious at all? Do you ever feel depressed? Any history with anxiety?
