I had a diagnosis of PTSD after a car backed into me while I was walking with my baby. I keep thinking taht the cars on the road are going to swerve and hit me. How can I make this stop? Help?
I can certainly understand your fearFears and phobias.........it must have been horrifying. I hope you and your baby are OK.
I think your best bet is to get some therapy before this traumaticAmputation - traumatic Post-traumatic stress disorder event takes an even stronger hold of your mind. You have what I consider a very rational fearFears and phobias, and therapy will help you put it back into perspective.
I wish you luck......and peace of mind
